Community Sunday Sunday, Nov 1 11:30 a.m. Large Assembly We are now calling the first Sunday of each month Community Sunday. As both an extension of our celebration of Communion in worship and our commitment to connection through Call to Connection campaign. After a brief time of fellowship and food in the Large Assembly, everyone is encouraged to choose one of the following activities to attend from 11.30 to 12.30. Discussions: What is Progressive Christian Bible Study led by Geoffrey Gaskins Creative Expression: Story and Movement: An Interplay Experience led by Amy Smith- ages 5 & up Spiritual Practice: Awakening Joy, a mindfulness meditation experience and time of reflection led by Holly Coates-Bash and Louise Halsey- ages 11 & up Service: FCCB Clean-up consisting of cleaning the church offices led by the Ministry of Stewardship, Finance, and Administration- ages 5 & up Spiritual Practice : Labyrinth Walk led by Carmelle Knudsen- ages 11 & up Intended age range: All Ages Childcare will be provided. Cost: Free Sponsored by Ministry of Stewardship, Finance and Administration (SFA) The Ministry of Stewardship, Finance, and Administration overseas the financial health of the church, including budgeting and stewardship campaigns, and caring for the church property.
