Ken grew up in Hawaii; is the youngest of nine children; is an ordained minister; and has lived, was educated and worked in Illinois, Georgia, southern California, northern California (before now), Montana, Iowa, Ohio and Minnesota. He is multi-talented, including cooking things such as a spaghetti sauce of salsa, mangos and mirin, and scones “from an ancient Japanese recipe.” Huh?
